Leanne wanted to make a new skirt but her sewing machine was out of commission so she set out to hand stitch herself a skirt instead! This skirt is based on the 1-hour skirt pattern in Brett Bara's Book,
Sewing in a Straight Line. She grabbed some beautiful teal colored linen material (a brand we don't carry, but it's similar to the solid linen we carry from Freespirit) and cut out her skirt and then began sewing. She tells us that the entire process took her just a few hours which is surprising considering the entire thing was stitched by hand. We think the result is fantastic and are super impressed with her hand-stitching skills! Nice work Leanne!
