Knit Animal Toys for Children Affected by Hurricane Harvey

September, 2017: It is not unusual for avid knitters to pick up their pair of knitting needles in the name of a worthy cause. After all, we've seen knitted charitable gifts benefiting premature babies, shivering elephants, and infants. Today, yarn retailer Jimmy Beans Wool is rallying efforts to knit stuffed animals for the children affected by Hurricane Harvey and the storm's brutal aftermath.
