Jimmy Beans Wool, I hope you are getting settled into your new home and that life is getting back to normal. I placed an order for a few small things in the midst of your emergency and subsequent move more as an exercise of financial support than anything else I received my order yesterday. I am writing to let you know that I'm really excited to have it and it appears you dropped an extra in my package. I presume this is a sign of gratitude for the delay in receiving my order which I was unconcerned about and also predicted based on the timing of my order. Thank you from the bottom of my heart because this is a gesture that is meaningful to me! I am glad that the wonders of the internet allow me to shop with your store, and I have been continually impressed by your customer service. My first introduction to JBW was through the Beanie Bag it was one of my first purchases as a new knitter, in fact. I have made several purchases since then and have never been disappointed I happily refer others to you. Thank you for being such a wonderful partner in knitting and for treating me so well in the midst of your own turbulent time. Jenn

Thanks! I love doing business with y'all! I don't have a LYS very close to me, and Jimmy Beans is the next best thing. Your customer service rocks, and your HUGE variety of available fibers keep me coming back.
