Rachel's Asymmetrical Shawl

Rachel designed this stunning Asymmetrical Striped Shawl using 6 colors of Blue Sky Alpacas Alpaca Silk Yarn. The shawl starts at the narrow end with wide stripes of color that get thinner as the shawl grows. A simple garter rib stitch adds a little interest to the body without over shadowing the stripes of color. The asymmetrical shape is created with different rates of increase on each side, and then it is finished off with simple lace edge. It is knit holding two strands together making it super cozy and warm for the wintertime, plus it knits up super-fast! This pattern is available for FREE on our website!
