Summer Swing Skirt

When we received the BasicGrey Hello Luscious line into the shop Rachel knew exactly what she was going to make! She had been looking at Moda's Summer Swing Skirt project for a while and decided that the Hello Luscious was perfect. She grabbed one jelly roll and one layer cake and went to work. Rachel said it was worth the time investment, but be sure you allow yourself plenty of time and consider finishing your seams with a zig zag stitch, or if you have a Serger your are in luck!
