Class Description: Learn crochet or take your skills to the next level. Just get the basics or gain knowledge to make you a master. Class Description: Get ready to add a festive twist to our renowned Jimmy Beans Sock class. Join us for a holiday-inspired sock-making adventure featuring the exquisite Fresh Pine - Worsted pattern by Ursala Almeida, taught by none other than Jimmy's very own Arlene Carter. During this class, you'll master a multitude of knitting techniques, including knitting in the round, stranded knitting with two colors per round, navigating intricate color placement with the help of a chart, crafting a stylish corrugated rib, seamlessly finishing with the kitchener stitch, and adding the perfect touch with an elegant I-cord. Get ready to expand your knitting skills in style!

Christmas Village: Camper & Little Red Truck (2 Sessions)

Class Description: Crochet your very own Gingerbread Camper for the holidays with Rayna! Your finished camper will be about 7" x 8" x 2.5" with a variety of candy decorations, such as gum drops, lifesavers, gummy rings, m&ms, jelly beans, marshmallow, candy canes, chocolate bars, and peppermint pretzels. Your camper pattern will be accompanied by a little red truck that can pull the camper or carry a small gingerbread stacker tree!
Materials Needed: Must purchase kit to take class. Kits are roughly $52 and include all yarn needed to complete the camper, red truck, and candies. Story's Scrappy Star Wreath

Class Description: Join us Saturday, December 9th, during a heartwarming celebration, "Story's Stars," our holiday party with a purpose. This year, we gather as a community to honor the memory of a young, bright star, Story, taken from us too soon. Story is the daughter of Aubrey Lynn, owner of Knits and Knots Tahoe and Minden and Storyteller Yarns. Story will be remembered for her kindness, love of friendship bracelets, passion for knitting and crochet, bedazzling, and her artistic talents in drawing and doodling. In tribute to Story, we're launching "Story's Stars," a scholarship program to support young fiber enthusiasts in their journey to college. To kick off this initiative, we invite you to join our Scrappy Yarn Star Wreath Class. Let's bedazzle our hearts out with festive pastel and Christmas shades. Class Description: Choo Choo! Crochet your very own Gingerbread Train for the holidays with Rayna! Your finished train will consist of a steam engine, 1-2 cargo trains, and a cupcake train! Each car will be approximately 3" x 2" at the base and decorated with a variety of candy decorations, such as gum drops, lifesavers, gummy rings, m&ms, jelly beans, marshmallow, candy canes, chocolate bars, lollipops, peppermints and caramel treats.

Class Description: Have you been thinking of taking up knitting or maybe you'd like to refresh your basic knitting stills? Join us for beginner knitting, which will take you through casting-on your stitches, knitting, purling, binding-off, and working in the round! Depending on time, we will discuss good first time projects, choosing the right yarn and needles, basic pattern reading, and more! We will include a basic potholder pattern, and a basic beginner hat pattern in this class.

Class Description: Join Winni for an exciting journey as she guides you through the creation of the Soldotna Crop! This class will explore the intricacies of a top-down circular yoke sweater with stranded colorwork. Throughout the session, we'll deep dive into stranded colorwork techniques, focusing on floats and carries. Designed to be approachable for adventurous beginners while still offering engaging elements for advanced knitters, the Soldotna Crop is a versatile piece. Its cropped length and sleeveless style make it perfect for layering over linen dresses or paired with high-waisted skirts and pants. For those not inclined towards cropped styles, fear not - lengthening instructions are thoughtfully included in the pattern.
