Additionally, this year we will be taking a little excursion to the beautiful Lake Tahoe aboard the M.S. Dixie for a sunset dinner cruise. This unforgettable evening cruise is complete with famous Tahoe sunsets, breathtaking views over Emerald Bay, local cuisine, and live music!

Instructor: Amy Gunderson
Description: Ready to branch out from shawls and hats? Yearning for a sweater but terrified to screw it up?! Are you ready to take your knits to the next level? This class will cover a wide variety of topics relating to garment knitting, including but not limited to:
- Yarn substitutions
- Picking the size for you
- Understanding various types of garment construction
- What to do if you can't get gauge
- Learn to read a schematic
- And more!
Class Name: Basically Brioche
Instructor: Beth Whiteside
Description: Shawl stitch, Oriental rib, fisherman's rib, patent steek, brioche. Whatever they are called and however they are made, the fabrics that result are thick, fluffy, and stretchy, and often wonderfully color to boot! Come explore how to work these intriguing stitch patterns! Learn the basic moves for brk and brp,which cast-ons and bind-offs are best for this stretchy fabric, and options for edge stitches. Gain an understanding of the stitch structure, practice unkitting stitches, and learn other ways to fix mistakes. Add brioche stitches to your stitch-making stockpile!

Description: Add a little flair to your boring old t-shirts with knitted embellishments! Learn how to modify necklines, sleeves, and even length by adding knitted accents.
Class Name: Entrelac Essentials
Instructor: Justine Chenel
Description: New entrelac knitting? Untangle the seemingly complicated technique with a step-by-step class to create your own beautiful blocks of intersecting color. Entrelac is truly enchanting knitting - watching the colors change as each tier is built one rectangle at a time, you won't want to put this project down! In this class, Justine will break down everything you need to know from casting on and binding off with triangles, seamlessly picking up stitches, and knitting your slanting tiers of rectangles. The resulting fabric looks woven and offers endless opportunities to incorporate textured stitches and color changes. Hone your entrelac skills by making an entrelac square or two, which can later be sewn to make a pair of fingerless mitts, the start of a beautiful patchwork blanket, or anything else you can dream up. The necessary skills for this class include: knit, purl, working increases and decreases (ssk, k2tog, p2tog), and picking up stitches.

Class Name: Learn the PULAD Technique

Description: Open up more colorwork and stitch pattern possibilities with the PULAD technique! Using two “live” loops in your work can reduce the ends that need to be woven in while also creating gorgeous texture with your colorwork. Have your stitch markers at the ready and get ready to wow with a beautiful crocheted fabric!
