Did you know that Zara, the luxurious extra fine merino yarn from Filatura di Crosa, has been around for a quarter of a century?! That's right! This sweater-knitting staple has withstood the test of time, and is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Our preference for the Zara family of yarns rests solidly on its great foundation: deliciously soft, superfine merino wool that's machine-washable, with a smooth and springy hand in a range of classic colors that appeal to every eye. Penne's Skirt | Bethany used her creative genius to design this pattern for her little Penne! She used Madelinetosh Vintage yarn in the limited edition Technicolor Dreamcoat color and cast on enough stitches to fit around Penne's hip circumference. She knit straight until it was the length she wanted, and then she added a cute ruffle and a drawstring.
