Cascade Trapunto Cardigan (Without Pocket) Kit - Women's Cardigans Kits
Taken from: Pom Quarterly - Issue 36 - Spring 2021 "Trapunto" - Can we get a raise of hands for who likes to be cozy!? This open-front jacket is worked in one piece seamlessly from thge bottom up, featuring short rows that create a very slight high-low hemline. The woven motifs remind us of the weoven threads in quilting, making it look rustic, chic, and beautiful to boot! The shoulders are joined using a three-needle cast-off.

- Size US 6, US 7, and US 8 needles (or size needed to obtain gauge) are required but not included.
- Notions required but not included: Tapestry needle, stitch holders or waste yarn.
- Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)
- Finished Measurements: 96 (107.5, 118, 129.5, 141, 152.5, 164, 174.5)cm / 37.75 (42.25, 46.75, 51, 55.5, 60, 64.5, 68.75)" - to be worn with 13 - 20cm / 5 - 8" positive ease.
- Gauge: 18 stitches and 36 rows = 4 inches in over Slipped Checkerboard stitch pattern using 5mm needles, after blocking.
- Yarn shown is De Rerum Natura Cyrano, but Cascade 220 Superwash Aran is a good substitute.
