Paired with your favorite skirt, this fluid, ruffled overskirt adds drama, movement, and sparkle. A satin ribbon (not included) trims and secures the skirt at the top, allowing for a broad range of sizes.
Kit comes with enough yarn to complete your project and an option to purchase the pattern magazine if you don't already have it.
Gauge is 15 sts = 4" in stockinette stitch.
US 7 circular needles are not included.
