Taken from the Fall 2008 issue of Knitscene: "Worked from back hem to front hems in an extended single crochet mesh, this asymmetrical cropped jacket is nearly seamless. The sleeves are worked as horizontal extensions of the body. Deep knit-like ribbings cuff the puffed sleeves and edge the off-set fronts". This pattern is suitable for the intermediate crocheter.
Finished Measurements: 32" (36", 40", 44", 48")
This pattern also requires 6-8 small buttons (3/4"), we have suggested a lovely button, but feel free to look at our great selection of buttons that are available. 6 buttons for the X-Small and Small, 7 buttons for the Medium and Large and 8 buttons for the X-Large. These buttons are optional and not included in the kit.
Gauge: 21 sts/4 inches in extended mesh pattern with larger hook.
US size H and I crochet hooks are required but not included.
The kit contains sufficient yarn to comlete the project and the pattern magazine is optional. Enjoy!
