Rowan Wool Cotton Dainty Booties Kit - Baby and Kids Accessories |
From the book: These booties are a great small project to make for a baby shower or match to the traditional bonnet in soft shades of retro pastels. I have designed them in a beautiful blend of merino wool and cotton for ultimate comfort. The stitches are very simple: my favorite seed stitch and stockinette stitch. The booties have a strap fastened with a mother-of-pearl button to fit securely on the tiny foot. I'm sure you'll want to make a pair in every color, just as I did! These booties coordinate with the Rowan Wool Cotton Lacy Bonnet to make the perfect little gift set.
Kit includes Yarn. Pattern Book is optional.
Pattern is in Knitting for Two.
Suggested US 5 straight needles and 2 small mother-of-pearl buttons not included.
Gauge is 23 sts = 4" in stockinette stitch. |
