knitting with corn  Review 1 of 3

I started out skeptical about knitting with corn and am no more. It handles well and is ever so soft to the touch. I love it!

I LIKE THIS YARN!  Review 2 of 3

I like this yarn!  I love the texture and soft feel of it.  It's good for sox.  I also like to make other things out of sock yarn.  I'm using it now to make a simple scarf 6" wide,  K1, P1, to desired length.  It's working well.  I'm tempted to take off one star becaus the yarn tends to split when I'm knitting especially when I go back to pick up dropped stitches.  However, I give it five stars because, when the stitches get back on the needle, there is no sign of splitting or stretching in the completed work, even when I have to rip out a couple of rows to fix a mistake.  I know the recomemded needle is size 2, but it works well for me on size 1.  I go down a size because I knit very loosely.

I definately will order more of this yarn for other projects.  I'm already imagining a light weight throw done on size 0 needles, or done with 2 strands on size 5 or 6 needles.

 Maizy  Review 3 of 3

Once made, these are my favourite summer socks. I wear lace up shoes and my Maizy socks are the best. I've taken one star away because dropped sts were very reluctant to go back onto the needle. Otherwise highly recommend for socks into closed shoes.
