Wiley and Buddy's Perspective
Jimmy's Offhand Designs bag sure does hold a lot of good stuff. Wiley and Buddy can even both retrieve their toys at the same time.
This is a lovely wool worsted. The colors are a bit lighter than they appear in the picture on my computer screen (this may be my resolution, though), but still beautiful.
It works up very nicely: I made an earband, a hat and a scarf. The only imperfection I noticed is that it is not wound absolutely evenly:it alternates between tight and loose about every meter. Still, that is not apparent in the finished product (I used US 8 and US 10.5 needles), so still a 5/5! Check out all of the Kaya Reviews.
We all love sales, but when it is such an amazing yarn how can you pass it up? The Crystal Palace Sequoia yarn is a beautiful blend of wool, acrylic and alpaca. It falls into the bulky range, so will work up super fast! This yarn is perfect for sweaters, hats, mittens and is a nice guy yarn - not too fluffy with some subtle colorways. The hand is luscious and the texture creates a fantastic fabric. Enjoy it while it lasts!
