I've not knit with this yarn yet due to an inflamed tendon, but it will be perfect for a potato chip scarf for the fall. Cooler climates will find it perfect for summer scarves, but here, it's already 92 and I want NOTHING around my neck - not even a small necklace!
I like the color of the yarn but it did not have the texture that I was expecting. It is a nice color and will be able to use in different projects but not my favorite yarn that I have bought.
I purchased the Trendsetter Cherie yarn to crochet a hat. Yesterday, on 03/28/12, I received my JB box. When I saw the yarn in the box, I fell in love with it. The colors of “Spring Blossom” had an almost distressed-look. That look with the sparkle strand is wonderful. I couldn’t help myself and promptly went to Jimmy Beans website and ordered the remainder of “Spring Blossom.” I started the hat last night…the yarn is nice to work with and the hat looks better than I anticipated.
I was so glad to see some of this yarn left in your inventory. It is needed to complete a project. Delivery was great and, as always, the Trendsetter yarns are fun. Thanks so much.
