This was a wonderful surprise, on my first order to recieve such a beautiful product.

I am now a faithful customer to Jimmy Beans Wools. My transaction was smooth and I have to add that the Customer Service & Shipping was a great experience!!

I made my first order on a Thursday, in the late afternoon. Friday it was shipped out. Monday morning came around and I was simply delighted with my order in the mail!!

I am extremely happy about this, and Amber was my Customer Service Assistant. I had questions... and she gave me answers (quickly).

My debate is this, I don't believe that there is another company out there that has better service for this type of product.

I also doubt highly that anyone will stand up to this debate this fact.

Thank you so much Amber & Jimmy Beans Wool for excellence in Service. I just might take a trip to your shop one day, well just for a good ole fashion road trip to say "Hello".
