There are some beautiful patterns here, but as I have not attempted to knit one yet I cannot give account to their ease or accuracy. In addition to the patterns which have gorgeous photos, there are some interesting articles that refer to Austen's works and knitting during the 18th century. As a fan of Jane as well as knitting, I found this magazine to be interesting, educational, and a source of hope-to-soon-be-on-my-needles projects.
Cascade 220 Superwash has been my go-to yarn for many projects lately. I like that it is affordable and consistent in quality, and that it truly is soft enough for a baby gift. I also like the wide range of beautiful colors! I've been very satisfied with this yarn.
