I first started using the Addi Lace needles as I liked the pointed tip and that they have a coating to make them less "slick" and fast. Once I became used to them for everything, I needed a size that was not made in the Lace so I had to purchase the regular Addi. I was so pleasantly surprised to find I had no problem with them and I really enjoy them. Using with a wool yarn, there is no drag like with a wood needle. Love, love these needles.

This is very soft, beautiful yarn, but it does have the expected issues with matching many skeins for a sweater on color. I also found in the first 2 skeins upon winding in a ball, areas where the yarn was more than 3 times the thickness of the rest of the yarn, which then had to be cut out.

These are fantastic needles! For those who were afraid to use the Addi Turbo for fear of stitches slipping off their needles, these are the perfect compromise! Knitting is faster, yet these have a coating that give them just a bit of grab so your stitches still feel under control! Wish they would make these with a 12 cord length like the turbos too!

This is knitting up light and airy = cool cardigan just right for cool summer mornings/evenings! Easy to modify as are all Knitting Pure & Simple patterns - I am making the sleeves 3/4 length and a little longer in the body with some waist shaping as well!

Easy to knit with and very soft - I am currently knitting the Knitting Pure and simple women's Summer Open Cardigan #294 with this yarn and it is light and airy - just perfect over a shell/camisole top.

Was afraid I would not be able to move up to these needles from my lovely Lantern Moon one which I still use and enjoy however it was no problem since they have more bite than the Addi Turbo that I still am too timid to try! Try these needles - you will knit faster and more evenly. The join is fantastic - as smooth as silk! Jimmy Beans is the best as well!
