Breaks
This yarn is beautiful but it broke TWICE during the cast-on for a baby sweater. Just pulled apart, flimsy construction. No way was I going to continue with that kind of aggravation. At least it happened early enough that I did not waste a lot of time with that particular yarn. Very disappointed. I guess if you combined it with another, sturdier yarn held together you might have something. Otherwise I can’t imagine what you would use it for.

Dye comes off
I used this yarn for a felted wine cozy. Color was Lapis which has been discontinued. Luckily, I was wearing dark clothes while knitting - by the end my hands were very blue. I have never had the experience before of the dye coming off the yarn while knitting.
The dye washed off my hands quite easily, and since I was felting the story has a happy ending. The yarn felted beautifully and the finished product is very soft. The shade of the cozy is quite a bit lighter than the original yarn, but I'm very satisfied with the result.

I bought this yarn for a tee top. It will be for a wedding. Normally a striped yarn would not be fancy enough, but the sequins elevate it so it should work out nicely. The colorway is Aquarius - absolutely beautiful. BUT. Granted, I am still on my first skein and maybe it is an outlier, but I have already come across four knots/snags/shreds. So far I have managed to keep them to the back side of the work and I am soldiering on. I really want this top to work out because the color is so gorgeous, but at the moment I am knitting with a heavy heart...

Very bright!
The colors are very bright and the yarn is fun to knit. It's kind of like a chenille yarn bonded to a nylon tape. One skein made a good-sized cowl. Definitely try it if you like to make a bold statement - the colors are not for the faint of heart.

Fun but not so versatile
I do love the free scarf pattern but I wanted to try something else with the yarn. I thought I would braid 3 skeins together and make a long, long scarf, but the yarns kept getting tangled and I could see that the resulting braid would not be very substantial. Next I tried a basic K1P1 ribbed scarf/cowl but ended up ripping it out - would have been like wearing a rug around my neck. I ended up using the free scarf pattern but with 2 skeins and making it into a cowl. You need the YO holes in the pattern to make the most of the softness of the yarn. It will be really cosy in the winter weather. And the colors are fabulous! The yarn is very striking, no doubt about it.
