della Q - The Que Theo Secure (145-1)
Needle case 5 out of 5
This is my second dell Q case. Style is well thought out and holds 1-2 pair circular needles in each well marked pockets. I do like the larger fixed circular case better. But then I have a lot of circ needles. We'll sewn & classy look.

della Q - Circular Needle Tri-Fold (Style 1145-1)
Trifold circular needle case 5 out of 5
My circulars were out of control so I bought this case after shopping for a long time. It is well worth the cost. I holds up to 4 lengths of each size unfolded but the bundle is a little too sloppy so I am buying a second in a different color to use each case for 2 lengths of needles. Thus they are neatly folded away. I must say the workmanship is excellent and the case requires a lot of layers & seams. Very we'll made. Beautiful colors. Luxury look.

Cascade - Tivoli
Tivoli 14 Purple 4 out of 5
It is rustic & heathery but not coarse. The knitted fabric is a matte finish with no shine at all. The yarn feels rough to hand while knitting but the finished product is soft. It would make a good sweater very warm but I wouldn't like it as a scarf or hat. I made a blanket for my spoiled poodle & she loves it.

Alsatian Soaps & Bath Products - Knitter's Hands
Apricot Knitters Hands 5 out of 5
I have lots of good hand creams, but this is the one I use when knitting. Light fragrance, no smell or product transferred to the yarn. It is not at all sticky even with mohair or alpaca yarns. A definite keeper for use for all my yarn & sewing projects.

Lorna's Laces - Masham Worsted
Lorna's Masham Worsted Shorewood 5 out of 5
It feels a little prickley knitting into a seed stitch scarf, but softened with blocking. I loved the teal with grey and the visual texture of the yarn. I'd like to compare it with the same yarn in Lorna's other worsted that is is Superwash for feel, but it doesn't have the visual texture so I'm glad I went with the Masham. The yarn doesn't prickle around my neck and I'm only moderately wool sensitive to prickles.

Crystal Palace - Moonshine
CP Moonshine 4 out of 5
I've used it in 3 colors held double on #8 needles. It has a moderate halo and makes a very soft fabric I gave it 4* because it was rather splitty and the glitter lumps were not that appealing to me. The items were well received. They blocked nicely. Warm & soft items.

Vice Yarns - Blurred Lines Sock Sets (150g)
Blurred Lines Sock Set 5 out of 5
Used Middle Earth for a cowl on Kollage square needles. Was a little concerned that the yarn felt a little scratchy and was wrinkled. When blocked however, it was fantastic colors & stitch definition deep penetration of the colors would be happy to use again

Vice Yarns - Blurred Lines Sock Sets
Middle Earth 5 out of 5
I used 1 set to make a cowl. Was a little concerned because the yarn felt stiff & scratchy & was wrinkled while knitting. However, after blocking, it was very soft, excellent stitch definition on Kollage square needles. Brilliant colors with intricate shading. Would use again

Soak - Soak Bottle
Cleaning & Blocking 5 out of 5
I've started using Soak for cleaning & blocking my hand knits. I used Aquae. It had a VERY light pleasant smell that I couldn't smell at all on the dried item. This is a positive for me not liking a strong perfume on my knits. It cleaned & rinsed very well and I detected no residue. I used only 3-4 drops in a 2 quarts. Very sudsy but easily rinsed out. The $10 for a small bottle seems a little pricey, but my knits are worth it and a small bottle will last a long time.

Zealana - Kauri Worsted
Zealana Kauri Worsted - Blue Awa 5 out of 5
Addendum: Blocked very well with Soak as per Zealana website recommends. Hat had even more fluff & bounce & halo after blocking. My wool phobic husband loves it. No fading or color change, but the color had more penetration & texture making it even better appearance after blocking. Definitely will use this again.
