 Zitron Kimono 1 of 41
Review by: FurKnits Sep 21, 2014
 Rating: 2 out of 5 (2 out of 5)
 Product reviewed: Zitron - Kimono
It knits like twine. Good stitch definition. Muted colors. Heathery but not scratchy. It feels very coarse knitting so I doubt Ill use it again.

I bought enough for a cowl & was very pleasantly surprised with the blend of colors. Very nice stitch definition and very soft finish. I'd buy more.

Haven't knit with it yet, but it is very soft with intense colors. Gently color changes.

Used it double on US 4 for soft cowl. Nice stitch definition & soft fabric, enough yardage for slim light weight cowl. Nicely blended colors with short color changes.

I purchased it on Wool Watcher & am very pleased with the excellent stitch definition. I'd say it is more like a DK than fingering wt. very soft hand.... So soft that my wool-phoebes couldn't believe it was wool... I will definitely use again.

 Paradise 6 of 41
Review by: FurKnits Aug 01, 2014
 Rating: 5 out of 5 (5 out of 5)
 Product reviewed: Anzula - Nebula
Making a scarf with Anzula in Paradise on #4 US needles. When I first unpacked the yarn, it was dazzling intense color with a delicate silver highlight .... STUNNING. It Knits well with no pills or tangles. The silver thread carries well with the yarn. I unraveled it from the #5 needles without damaging the yarn. I received a gigantic 120 gram skein instead of the 100 gram listed! Haven't weighed the other yet. I would buy it again.

I used the pink & lime for a scarf on #6 needles found it on Wool Watchers. Great yarn, esp for the price. Lovely hand & stitch definition soft & squishy. I'll definitely use it again. I'd like to see it in more colors, some pastels???

Small project bag... 8 of 41
Review by: FurKnits Jul 07, 2014
 Rating: 5 out of 5 (5 out of 5)
Product reviewed: della Q - Edict Cotton Pouch (Style 118-2) - Cheaper Than Therapy - Ocean
You read my mind on this one. It is perfect for a scarf or other small project. I keep 1 or 2 bagged & ready to go for riding in the car or waiting rooms. I'm surprised how much they help pass wasted time. Sturdy fabric, well-made. Cheaper than Therapy has been my yarn-stashing motto for decades!!!

 Bambino 9 of 41
Review by: FurKnits Jul 01, 2014
 Rating: 3 out of 5 (3 out of 5)
Product reviewed: Be Sweet - Bambino
Makes a soft fabric with nice color shading, but was splitty. I didn't think the yardage was worth the price & I liked other cotton blend yarns better. I doubt I'll buy more.

Manos del Uruguay wool clasica in 39 Cirrus & Cameo 10 of 41
Review by: FurKnits Jun 19, 2014
 Rating: 4 out of 5 (4 out of 5)
Product reviewed: Manos Del Uruguay - Wool Clasica Semi-Solids
I bought 2 colors & both are soft dusty pastels. Wool is soft & knits nicely. Good stitch definition in the cable & seed stitches I am using. Haven't blocked it yet I am a little concerned in that the thin is fingering wt and might break during use the thick is very fluffy & extra bulky this thick & thin repeat rapidly for interesting texture there are knots in the same skein would consider using it again if I find it doesn't break with use colors are pretty together
