am currently knitting with size 3 [u.s.] needles, and even though i have purchased other nice needles through jimmybeanswool.com, these exceptional blue sky alpaca needles are the best ever. i find myself going back to them time and time again. these superb needles literally slip through any yarn i've used to date, so wonderfully that i don't even really have to pay attention to my gauge; these needles help me knit not-too-tightly and not-too-loosely. the little tin box is not only sweet to look at, but keeps the needles safe from breakage or loss. [plus, the "tinkle" of the needles in the tin container is a very sweet sound to my ears!]

shall definitely order more in different sizes!

this yarn has enough body that it holds shape....the mohair gives it a slightly coarse feel but the superwash wool and nylon keep the texture smooth. knitting fingerless mitts with the bearfoot. very nice touch to the mountain colours bearfoot. will definitely order more from jimmy beans wool!
