This project was originally made using 1-2 Balls of Katia Jamaica self-striping yarn. This yarn is now discontinued. Please look at our great selection of worsted weight yarn as any of these will work for this pattern.
I love this new yarn! It's a machine washable worsted weight yarn that is cotton and variegated. It's a great summer alternative for all of you who love Lorna's Laces like me. I only used 1 ball of yarn, but i had to make the poncho a little shorter than the pattern calls for... wiley doesn't seem to mind, though. Doesn't he look handsome?
