Taken from Trendsetter Pattern Books - Bacio 4500: "If you like ruffle yarn and would like to used it for something other than a scarf, this flattering jacket is just the thing! The basic shape with stand-up collar is a very straight forward knit, but the ruffles turn it into an instant show-stopper."
