This pattern is from Spin-Off Magazines- Jane Austen Knits, pg 69 - Barton Cottage Shrug
Size US 4, 16" & 24" circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge) are required but not included.
Finished Bust Measurements: 27.5 (31, 34.75, 38.5, 42.25)" after blocking.
