The X-O cable pattern on this super cute children's dress continues up to form sleeves. The matching shrug continues the hugs and kisses pattern.

This pattern is from Elsebeth Lavold Designer's Choice Book 23; The Come Closer Collection, pg 52 Fanny
Size US 4-24" circs and US 6-24" circs, US 6 straights & US 4 DPNs (or sizes needed to obtain gauge), and 1 US G crochet hook are required but not included.
