This pattern is in Knit.Wear - Premiere 2011, page 70.
Size US 9 straights, US 7 straights (or size needed to obtain gauge), and five 3/4" buttons are required but not included.
Finished Bust Measurements: 30 (31, 32, 34, 35)".
Gauge: 16 sts over 4".
