| Just got my order that included the Tundra Tuxedo. It is NOT black and silver; more of a very dark brown and I can already see that the gray has a purple cast. It is crimped from the way the hank was tied. There is a long snag in one hank that has totally destroyed the pattern of the loops for several repeats. I think I mentioned the crimping and snagging before on this yarn. It is really soft tho. I'll be returning it to Jimmy; a first time event for me. If you want black and silver, look for something else. |

| This is beautiful ribbon-like yarn. I bought the black and the irridescent white. The problem is that it comes in a hank and that hank is tied very tightly in two places, tight enough that it schrunches the yarn and buckles the fibers that make up the ribbon. These do not straighten out! If it happens in the middle of a row, the next row covers it. If it occurs at the end of the row, on the end and it shows. It is also very easy to snag and these cannot be entirely worked out by stretching the ribbon horizontally. It is pretty tho. If you can live with snags, you'll be happy with it. |
