| Make your own slip-free slipper socks! Regia's ABS Latex products are designed to allow you to add slip-free latex 'pads' to the underside of your hand-knitted socks. Use the Stencil to make shapes on your socks, or use the squeeze-bottle by itself for freehand designs.
Applying Regia ABS Latex:
Make two identical templates out of cardboard to match the shape of your sock sole. Place one inside each sock to prevent the latex from seeping through. Using the latex stencil, or your own motif apply the latex sparingly to the sock. Allow the sock to thoroughly dry (you can use a hair dryer for faster results carefully). Re-apply the latex layer another 3 to 4 times. Allow sock to dry overnight after last application. |
