I've used several of their colors and love them all. Lava was the last....mostly chocolatey browns, sand and a wonderful plumy red. Great for a man's scarf.
This wool is beautiful to look at and wonderful to hold. Everything about it is quality from the spinning to the color selection and dying. A pure pleasure to work with!!!!
I bought color 109 to make the one skein cross stitch scarf. The yarn is beautiful, fun to work with and a great choice for this pattern. A beautiful fabric appears before your eyes! I've ordered several more colors.
This hand-dyed wool yarn is absolutely wonderful. It is available in several color schemes that work up perfectly for felted moebius baskets. It is so soft and luxurious, and unique. I will be ordering lots more in just about every color!!
Well I also ordered this for the "my so called scarf" I definitely wished I would of purchased in the store instead, I got two completely different colored yarns not one color was the same, I did read the warnings about this prior but I also saw it in the store too and was able to pick out two more similar colorways. the two skeins I got in the mail could not of been more different. I even thought I received the wrong yarn it was so different. The yarn was beautiful and soft but will definitely not be ordering anymore of this online
I ordered three skeins in the Wildflower colorway sight unseen to make the "my so called scarf" & a matching hat for my sister-in-law. I mainly ordered the yarn because I loved the colorway, but when I received it I quickly found that this is the softest wool ever!! Not scratchy at all and it is a dream to knit up.
I love the scarf & hat I made so much that I just ordered 4 more skeins to make myself a hat, scarf and matching mittens. You will not be disappointed by this yarn!
I absolutely adore this wool. I was giddy for about 3 days after my package arrived. Every time I work on the project I'm knitting with it, I'm like a teenager with a crush. The colours are amazing. The texture alternates between very thick and super thin which makes it an interesting knit. Without a doubt, I will buy this wool again!
