Since I knit everything on circular needles I thought these would be a nice addition to the Addi Clicks that I already own. I loved the shape of the needle and was very happily knitting on a baby hat when the needle broke at the join where the wood connects to the metal. Not a happy camper as this was my first project with them and they were purchased a little over 24 hours prior. I do plan to return them, but I will not replace them after reading about this. It seems to plague this particular brand of needles. Unless you particular enjoy loosing the majority of your stitches when you are two rows from finishing your project these aren't for you |

| I have KnitPicks wood, acrylic and nickelplate interchangeables, and was hoping I would like Knitter's Pride Cubics as well. I DO! And they are all interchangeable with the KnitPicks sets. I had tried Kollage square needles and didn't like the joint between tip and cable...the Cubics have a nice smooth joint and it is a pleasure to knit on them. As advertised, sizes run small. But if you swatch and you should, you can easily identify the correct size to use. |
