From the book: With the short French collar, ridged trim on the hem, and matching pillbox hat, this coat would have delighted Jackie O.! In Handknit Cotton it will work up prettily. The underarm pleats add ease as well as style to the coat. The Spring Coat makes a great companion for the Rowan Handknit Cotton Sweet Pea Dress .
Pattern is in MinnowKnits, Too.
Suggested US 5 and 6 straight needles (for hat), US 4 and 6 29" circular needles (for coat), US 6 double points, Crochet Hook size E, and three 5/8" buttons not included. Also needs about 10 yds. contrast color, not included in kit - we suggest using yarn leftover from another project.
Gauge is 20 sts = 4" on US 6.
