Taken from the Fall 2008 issue of Knitscene: "..the simple texture of knit and purl patterns, and softly spun, thick-and-thin yarns like this one create another dimension of texture. The cable might look complex, but it isn't! It is an unusual cable that has one strand worked in seed stitch and the other worked in stockinette". This project is suitable for the intermediate knitter.
Finished Measurements: 37" (42.5", 48", 53")
Gauge: 18 sts/4 inches in textured pattern on larger needles.
US size 7 and 8 needles are required but not included.
The project also requires 4 medium sized buttons. We have made a suggestion for button choice but please browse through our great selection of buttons that are available.
The kit contains sufficient yarn to comlete the project and the pattern magazine is optional!
