Danforth has been handcrafting fine pewter buttons in Vermont for over 30 years (the first workshop opened in 1755 in Connecticut). All of the buttons are hand-crafted in their Vermont workshop out of 100 percent lead-free fine pewter.

This is my favorite of all the Danforth pewter buttons. I feel like I could make a piece of jewelry. All these buttons are wonderfully detailed and are great for children's clothes. Just be careful not to use them where a child can reach and gnaw tham off the garment!
