One negative_Some of the Cascade 220 yarns I have worked with, especially 7828 Neon Yellow, are NOT colorfast, and have the potential to bleed.
This problem was not noticeable with a practice swatch in cold water, however, when I hand blocked my recently finished Neon Yellow and White baby blanket Churchmouse Garter Blocks Baby Blanket pattern using cold water, the knitted fabric suffered from yellow dye bleeding onto some of the white squares :- |

| Cascade 220, in any of its many forms, is my all-time favorite worsted weight four-ply yarn. I made a shawl from 5 skeins of 220 quatro without finding a single knot. I am a loyal Cascade customer, and I love designing with their yarns. They have never disappointed me. Highly recommended! |
