Just wanted to let you know I received the 2 balls on Sat!!! I was amazed. This is the best online shopping experience I've every had. (And I do lots of online shopping :)) It was more helpful and friendly than some yarn stores! Anytime I need yarn for a project, I will check your site first. I teach knitting for Adult Ed. and will mention how wonderful it is to shop with you.

WOW -- I didn't even know yarn could travel so fast!!! I received my order from you here in St. Louis yesterday -- Monday, June 5 -- and I just ordered it on Friday, June 2!

Just a quick note to thank you for the incredibly fast shipping on my order!
I just placed the order on Friday night, and it arrived today. I'm thrilled beyond words!
I'd had that "Touch Me" yarn by Muench on order at my local yarn shop for more than three months, before I phoned and was told that they couldn't get that color from the manufacturer any more. (It would have been nice if they'd called me to let me know, especially since I'd paid for it already...) I try to shop locally, but with your great communication, fast service, and ease of shopping, you just became my favorite "local" yarn store!

I'm very happy with my second purchase. The items arrived very quickly and well packaged. I really appreciate the low cost shipping rate, competitive rate among internet sellers, good quality items and professional customer service... not to mention the candies and secret coupon...it's so sweet. Wow! Can't believe how fast I got my items! They shipped out Monday evening and I got it on Wednesday! I also appreciated the quick response on a Saturday letting me know some of my items were out but due into the store the coming week. I will definitely buy from you guys again and let other knitters know about your website!

HA! I have all of them beat! I got my order of Tahki New Tweed, on sale in a color I ran out of in the middle of a project...in BARROW, ALASKA. That's right the top of the world...40 below zero and 20 mph wind and I got my package, along with some circulars in 4 days. 4 DAYS!!!!
I will order from you again and again!!!

I just want to tell you that I'm thrilled with your product, service, and attention to my small order for 127 Print. I ordered 3 skeins on Tuesday and it was in my mailbox by Thursday. What a fantastic service along with 2 pieces of candy. Just a nice touch. Please put me on your mailing list if you have a catalog and also on your email list. We seem to be lacking in quality wool yarn in the St. Louis area so with your wonderful service, I'm sure to use your mail order again.

Wow! I am so impressed. I tried Knitter's Hand Balm in a yarn store last Sunday. I wanted to purchase it, but the store was out of it. I was told it would take a week or two for them to get more. I saw that you carried the same item and ordered two of them on Monday morning (EST) and the package arrived on Wednesday afternoon!! It doesn't get any better than that!! You scored a new customer!

Normally I do buy from my LYS but if there is something they don't carry, Jimmy Beans is my first internet choice.
The service is the best, with a wonderful choice of yarn. Love the new buttons. Orders are shipped promptly at a very reasonable shipping charge.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a yarn is out of stock, I am notified promptly and given a choice of a partial shipment or waiting for a complete shipment.
Jimmy Beans is the best.

I received it yesterday.
I am so pleased with your company's service that I've told the other knitters in my office that if they can't find it locally, YOU are the place to go! And Since we only have ONE yarn store, they don't always have what we are looking for.

I have never found a website I felt more comfortable with, and that had so much to offer. Everything I needed was very easy to find.

I love Jimmy's. I mean, I live in Massachusetts, it's not like there's not yarn stores here :) I like the quick, personal service. I like getting a note from a real person if something is out of stock--and suggestions for substitutions when needed.

By the way, you are currently my favorite web-based yarn store, even though I have to pay the California tax! Offering a flat shipping rate instead of one based on the order amount is a GREAT idea that benefits both the customer and Jimmy Bean's. I'm not sure if you guys have a space for testimonials on your website, but if you do i want to add one because i am now a Jimmy Bean's convert!
I placed my order about 9pm on a Wednesday night. By the time i got up Friday morning my yarn was on my porch. In perfect condition. It was beautiful and smelled great (i've gotten yarn that reeked of smoke before). There was even candy in the box with my order! You guys surely know the way to a girl's heart.
The yarn i purchased retails for $15.95 a skein. I paid $8.75 at Jimmy Bean's. I'm so busy it usually takes me a couple of days to find time to get to my LYS when i want to start on a new project. Jimmy Bean's had my yarn to me before i could even have gotten to my LYS- and it was brought to my door. So i managed to avoid lines and traffic, saved gas (and with those pump prices at Yikes! levels that's important), and got my yarn sooner then if i had gone to the store to buy it. AND i saved a ton of money! Plus, within 24hrs of making my purchase the Jimmy Bean's guys had given me 2 coupons (and really good coupons too- not the $1 off your entire purchase kind) towards future purchases. And they posted those coupons to my account on their website instead of sending them to my e-mai account and flooding me with junk mail.
I couldn't possibly be any more pleased with a shopping transaction. I'm buying all my knitting supplies at Jimmy Bean's from now on. Thanks guys!
