Subject: Thumbs up on a fabulous selection of products and impressive customer service
My package arrived Friday and I was thrilled. The Alpaca wool is soft and wonderful and will knit up into a sweater of my dreams. The color was justwhat I was hoping it would be. And the mints! Such a nice touch. I had the benefit of ordering by web and also talking on the phone with a customer service rep. I had worried (needlessly) that all the wool wouldn't be from the same dyelot. I was reassured that that aspect would be checked and rechecked. Important when you are ordering 15 balls of yarn. I have already told my knitter friends about the site and will continue to sing your praises. Thank you so much. I'm looking forward to ordering again soon.

I guess I should also say that I love your web site. I have never come across a more "warm and friendly" site in all my searching. I'm glad that I found you. You have soooo much to offer to your customers. You were right about the shipping as well. I ordered my wool and patterns on a Monday and believe I received them by Thursday or Friday here in Alabama. Thanks!
Your web site is helpful and put together in an easy to search form. I have to admit, the puppy dogs, the ups man, and mailman pictures won me over. Keep up the great job.

One kit & a pair of needles had to be back ordered but everything arrived as I ordered & I definitely will order from you again. As soon as I placed the order you gave me the tracking information I needed to check shipping status. But I didn't need to - it's Wednesday -- I have my yarn -- and it's even more beautiful than it appeared online. I just wanted to let you know that my order arrived at my door today! The Lorna's Laces sock kit is just terrific and I can't wait to get started! Such wonderful colors and such a joy to touch! Since it only shipped out yesterday, you can imagine my surprise when I came home from work to find my package! Especially at this time of year. Terrific customer service, great prices, and fast response to all of my questions. I just can't thank you guys enough. I just had to write to thank you all again for the great service. I ordered six new patterns from you at the beginning of the week and they were in my mailbox this morning. Your service is so fast and everyone is so friendly and helpful both on the phone and by email. My only complaint is that the service is so fast that now I have to sit a stare at the patterns until I get the rest of my Christmas knitting done. I want to start on my new project but will have to restrain myself.

Needles were delivered today! Wow! That was fast!
I just have to congratulate you on your prompt shipping / delivery service. I ordered needles from another company recently and paid the same $4 shipping, they were sent via Parcel Post (!) and arrived a full two weeks later. I was very upset with that other company's service.

I just received the yarn today!! Thanks so much for you very speedy delivery. I was working on a baby blanket and ran out of the yarn I was using. I returned to the store where I had purchased the yarn only a week before, only to find out they were going out of business!!! No Manos yarn there or any of my area stores-major crisis.
I had ordered from you guys before so I looked you up and I was happy to find the Manos yarn in the shade I needed. I ordered it and was expecting it sometime at the end of next week, but lo and behold...I am now racing to finish this blanket before the arrival of the baby on the 8th-ish. I made my first order with you last week, for 8 skeins of Rowan Summer Tweed. I am used to mail-order yarn companies that don't seem to keep anything in stock, so I was really surprised to get the order - from Nevada to Massachusetts - in what seemed like about two days. I was also REALLY happy about the limited packaging. I hate it when you get something unbreakable that comes swaddled like a Ming vase.

Hi,
My order (Yorkshire Tweed DK) was delivered on Friday. Thanks so much for the quick response and shipment. I have already started the sweater for my husband.
My husband and I were spending a Sunday afternoon in Greenport on the eastern tip of Long Island (NY) and I noticed a new yarn shop had opened. Naturally I wandered in and started looking around. I like to poke around by myself in yarn shops and don't like shopkeepers hovering. My husband spied the tweed in taupe (Sparkle) and said that would be something he would wear. He is a plain crew neck kind of guy and of course the shop didn't have anything traditional in their books. I had no idea how much I would need so took down all of the information on the brand.
After we came home I went online and found your web site. I also found a pattern in my "knitting drawer" and asked him if he was serious or just bantering with the lady in the shop. He said he would really wear it so I ordered it and it arrived in no time.
Thanks so much. I never ordered yarn online before but this was a great experience.
